Our onions feature deep purple skin, crisp white rings with red blush, and balanced pungency – ideal for supermarkets, food processors, and fresh produce markets. With 45 years of onion expertise, we implement careful curing and sorting processes to ensure superior shelf life and flavor consistency for global markets year-round.

Origin & Varieties
Origin: Nile Delta, Egypt (sandy loam soil, low rainfall)
Main Varieties:

• Red Creole: Classic globe shape, high pungency

• Red Amposta: Spanish-type, mild flavor

• Red Zeppelin: Large jumbo bulbs, excellent storage
  Season: Year-round availability (Peak harvest: April-June)

Product Specifications

• Size: 50-70mm (medium), 70-90mm (jumbo)

• Shape: Uniform globe or slightly flattened

• Skin Color: Deep purple (Pantone 19-2434 TCX)

• Flesh: White with distinct red/purple rings

• Neck Trim: Clean 1-2cm cut
