Our product of potatoes just like our other products of vegetables stick to our high standards of hygiene and strict sorting process :

  • Sort by size and shape.
    Check the colour .
    Feel the texture, Fresh potatoes should be firm and crisp.
    Inspect for damage, Remove potatoes with cuts, bruises, or insect holes.
    Watch for pests and diseases, Discard any potato with mold, fungus, or signs of pests.
    Check for moisture and rot, Avoid vegetables with excessive wetness or soft spots. Excess moisture can lead to faster spoilage.
    Remove dirt and debris.
    Grade for quality (if needed).
    Store properly after sorting.
